Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

Please allow 1–10 business days for order processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Store Pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated at checkout.

We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders of $50 or more, after discounts are applied.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Complimentary shipping to Canada is available on orders of $100 USD or more, after discounts are applied

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’re committed to helping. Please reach out and we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item’s condition

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
